The Center for Continuing Education (CCE) and the Business Research and Training Center (BRTC) of the Faculty of Business Administration jointly organized a successful “Training Course on Cross-Cultural New Media and Advertising Marketing” on April 2nd for 87 employees from China Luzhou Laojiao Co., Ltd.
The training schedule was compact and efficient that day. It featured a special lecture on “Cross-Cultural New Media and Advertising Marketing”, which systematically delivered cutting-edge industry knowledge and practical skills. Following the lecture, participants were organized to visit the UM Gallery, the Library, as well as ISCG Gaming Laboratory (Mock Casino). This allowed the students to fully experience the academic atmosphere and educational characteristics of UM. The participants expressed that the visit was highly fruitful, leaving them with a deep and positive impression of the UM instructors’ excellent teaching. They look forward to leading future corporate teams to visit and collaborate again.
As one of the Top Four Famous Chinese Liquors, Luzhou Laojiao was founded during the Ming Dynasty Wanli period. It boasts a heritage of over 400 years with its national treasure-level cellar group, which has been designated as a National Key Cultural Relic Protection Unit. Its brewing craftsmanship is a National Intangible Cultural Heritage, combining profound historical heritage with strong market influence, making it an important carrier of Chinese liquor culture.
This training has established a solid bridge for cooperation and exchange between the two parties. The CCE and BRTC of UM plan to launch more high-quality training programs in the future, further deepen the cooperation between UM and Chinese Mainland enterprises, and promote resource sharing and common development between the two sides.
